版主回复：这么多种的材料如果一点都不发生氧化、腐蚀，可能不大容易。通常来说，对环境要求稍高的金属材料，相对湿度控制在60%以下，就可以大大减少氧化、腐蚀的发生了。 您的空间有多高呢？有没有新风补充？新风量多大呢？大体的密封当然是必要的。

版主回复：1.确有此事。事件主角DH-810B电源连接线固定装置。事后此型号已经下线。此型号替代产品为DH-820B，DH-820B拥有国内最严格的CCC认证。
作为名牌大厂，川岛理所当然地接受更多执法部门的审查，这个是无可厚非的。不合格的地方我们已经改正，相反，其他通过了审查的部分肯定就是通过了比其它产品更严格的审查。

| 您好，我公司有两个分别为大约为100及200平米的恒温恒湿库，温度要求20-25度 湿度 30-40%RH，主要用于存放电子元件及高精密部件。库内为全密封形式，在库内两端安装了两台空调控制温湿度。因地处北方，进入夏季后，外界温度及湿度比较高（80%RH），空调开到除湿档后湿度无法到指定指标。因此现在采用两台空调全开，一台开制冷，温度设定在20度，一台制热，温度设定在23度，才能保证温湿度均达标。但造成了能耗的增加及空调使用寿命的下降。请问在现有条件下，如何才能有效的降低湿度？若增加除湿机可以，在大约100及200平米的库内应设置何种规格的除湿机，价格多少？谢谢 |
版主回复：1。冷冻除湿机的理论极限值：40%rh左右
20C摄氏度，30％相对湿度时空气的露点温度是多少？只有2度。这也只有在工厂实验室里的除湿机上才有可能实现，绝大多数条件下是不可能的。
2。控制部分：湿度测量仪器国标，机械正负7%，电子正负3%。如果连控制精度都不高的除湿机，比如机械旋钮式，那么它的极限值肯定不会很低。显然，您的相对湿度表只能作为参考。肯定是不太准确的。如果按照您提出的要求，肯定是要上化学除湿机的，如果需要预算，请提供平面图。总体报价大概20万元人民币左右。 原料库内一般高精密电子元件出厂就是密封好的，不需要什么太苛刻的恒湿。不知道高精度部件是指的什么？可否提供更详细的资料？也就是，这个30%-40%是怎么提出来的？为什么正好超过价格低廉的冷冻除湿机的极限值？
